M2161 layouts page 1 WIP (Patreon)

I spent some time yesterday trying to work out how to start the story in an interesting way. Here are the last 3 versions of the layout for the first page. Not pictured - 4 more earlier attempts whee I had boring composition, action and story telling. Worse still I felt the first version was doing the same intro I default to every time I go to start a sci fi story. Start with the planet and move in. So I made sure I dumped all that and instead focused on the main character driving around the streets. Actually before that she was just walking and standing around but I'm going to try and remember to push myself to do the cooler visuals over the easy ones.
