Unalaq is really getting on our nerves 🙄

Sync Guidelines

Videos are edited in watch-along style format, so you will need your own copy of the film/show to sync with us.

*We will count down 3...2...1... START. Press play right when we say "Start" for accurate syncing. We are still in the process of figuring out time codes*

To ensure compliance with copyright laws and to enhance your viewing experience, our reaction videos require synchronization with your own copy of the content. Here's a detailed guide to seamlessly sync your viewing:

  • Pausing and Playing: Follow on-screen countdowns to pause and resume play together with us for a synchronized experience. We tried to minimize any cuts/pauses but just in case you need to re-sync, you can follow the subtitles from the video and sync with your copy.

  • Dual Monitor Setup: Utilize a dual monitor PC setup for simultaneous viewing of both screens.

  • Split Screen Viewing: Employ the split-screen function on your device to watch the reaction and your show/movie side by side.

  • Connectivity Options: Consider Chromecast/screen-sharing or HDMI connection to a TV, allowing for a larger display of one screen while using another device for the reaction video.

These methods facilitate a connected and immersive reaction viewing experience, ensuring you're perfectly in sync with our content. 😊

I think they built up Unalaq's spiritual connection well, and you really didn't think he was so bad in the first episode or two, but the gradual buildup to what he becomes is good - the problem is, as you said, his REASON for doing it is pretty one-dimensional. But you do see the classic villain "I'm doing it to allow humans and spirits to live together in the same world" kind of thinking "I believe that what I'm doing is right", even though to everyone else, it's clearly wrong.
