The Mammalian Target of Rapamycin (mTOR) is a protein that regulates the balance between anabolic and catabolic processes. It has two variants: mTORC1 and mTORC2.
mTORC1 regulates cell growth and metabolism. Its activation is triggered by IGF-I/insulin, mechanical stimulation, and nutrients such as amino acids, glucose, and oxygen, which leads to an increase in skeletal muscle protein synthesis. On the other hand, mTORC1 gets suppressed when there is a lack of nutrients and energy or high myostatin activity.
mTORC2 is responsible for cell proliferation and differentiation (including muscle stem cells) and cytoskeleton regulation and maintenance through AKT. It also actively regulates insulin secretion. mTORC2 is activated chiefly via growth factor signaling, which includes insulin and insulin-like growth factor 1 receptors.
Overly muscular body is associated with high mTOR signaling.
-----------
mTOR - non-steroidal frequency comprising binaural beats, isochronic tones, subliminal messages, morphic field-programmed frequencies and modified white & azure noise. It's designed to controllably enhance mTOR expression and signaling in skeletal muscle to switch muscle protein metabolism towards muscle protein synthesis (MPS). It also moderately impacts mTOR signaling in bone, promoting bone formation by enhancing osteogenesis and inhibiting osteoclast differentiation.
Benefits:
- massive muscle hypertrophy
- maximum muscle repair
- immediate & direct muscle catabolism/wastage prevention
- insulin & IGF-1 receptors activation
- enhanced muscle protein synthesis
- enhanced muscle stem cell proliferation & differentiation
- enhanced ATP synthesis
- improved energy storage
- improved oxidative capacity
- improved muscle action potential
- improved bone density
- improved nutrient absorption
- improved mitochondrial metabolism
- increased mitochondrial numbers
- mTOR deficiency in muscle prevention
- myostatin overexpression prevention
- reduced after-workout AMPK signaling
Safety mechanisms:
- maximum selectivity toward mTOR signaling pathway in skeletal muscle
- mTORC1 or mTORC2 uncontrolled hyperactivation prevention
- no alteration in mTOR signaling in brain cells
- no interference with controlled autophagy essential for, i.e., breaking down waste by-products resulting from mTOR activity
- insulin resistance prevention
For best results, listen 3x daily through stereo headphones.
\ Use it in split periods, 1 month on and 2 weeks off, to ensure the highest safety.
mTOR is safe for healthy individuals, enhancing mTOR signaling selectively and temporarily only when used actively. It doesn't lead to long-term overexpression. However, people with active tumors, ALPS, or PTLD should NOT use this agent.
