The Mammalian Target of Rapamycin (mTOR) is a protein that regulates the balance between anabolic and catabolic processes. It has two variants: mTORC1 and mTORC2.

mTORC1 regulates cell growth and metabolism. Its activation is triggered by IGF-I/insulin, mechanical stimulation, and nutrients such as amino acids, glucose, and oxygen, which leads to an increase in skeletal muscle protein synthesis. On the other hand, mTORC1 gets suppressed when there is a lack of nutrients and energy or high myostatin activity.

mTORC2 is responsible for cell proliferation and differentiation (including muscle stem cells) and cytoskeleton regulation and maintenance through AKT. It also actively regulates insulin secretion. mTORC2 is activated chiefly via growth factor signaling, which includes insulin and insulin-like growth factor 1 receptors.

The potential increase in BP is minor and infrequent. All you need to do is take care of your nutrition and water intake. However, if you suffer from substantial hypertension, I would strongly advise against combining mTOR with androgen secretagogues.

Is this fine to pair with Drostalone Propionate, Unshakeable, and NH? Does this aid in propotional skeletal frame, e.g. height? I am running 3D delts with the above also for clavicular growth and Grow Taller I currently only have about 3 days to train a week, back to back. I am considering running BulletProof Nervous system and any other production that aids in recovery as I train intensely during those 3 days, and must recover for the rest of the 4 days in a row. I am beginning to run into the issue of training too intensely: where I am able to keep going indefinitely in a mental sense, however my body is unable to continue pushing through because it cannot output enough force despite me ordering it. Would this be considered CNS fatigue? It takes me 4-7 days to fully recover. I train with extreme intensity for my first 1-2 sets and push hard to get to 12-20 reps always mindful of form. I do a dropset if I need to to get a further stretch if I feel it helps

Yes, it's a great combination. They can promote height growth but indirectly through hormonal pathways. Yet, they significantly strengthen the musculoskeletal system. Of course, 3DD and GT directly affect the frame. Bulletproof Nervous System is the first line of recovery support. Additionally, consider including Sleep & Grow before bed or if you're bulking or a picky eater, MK-677 or Ghrp-6. This is just a PNS fatigue. CNS fatigue is foremost experienced mentally, similar to feeling sick, brain fog, and/or a strong aversion to training. If you can exercise with a mindful form and "keep going indefinitely in a mental sense," you're all good. I also advise against stretching during/after training. It aggravates inflammation, which can interfere with recovery. Do static stretching on non-training days and short dynamic stretching only before training.
