Stack Arranging & Listening Guidelines

- How to arrange the listening stack?


- Follow the 5 steps below:

1) Specify and prioritize your goals, focusing on 1-3 at a time (e.g., 1 physical + 1 mental)

2) Choose 1-3 programs that correspond to your prioritized goals. Use only as few as needed to fulfill your objectives. Do not overload your stack

3) If you can't fit within 3 compositions and want to include more, follow the 5 to 3 rule | maximum 5 binaural beats vs. 3 morphic fields and vice versa: maximum 5 MF vs. 3 BB

4) Set the length of your cycle and plan a break. A single cycle should last no longer than 3-4 months and be followed by a 1-2 weeks-long break (listening fatigue prevention + re-sensitization). Throughout the cycle, freely revise your goals as you reach them and swap programs if needed; however, the length of your cycle should remain unchanged

5) Follow the guidance in the descriptions concerning daily dose and stacking

* Do not use more than 1-2 steroid frequencies from the first day of your cycle. Gradually introduce them week by week

- How do you listen to your compositions to get the best results?


- Stick to the 7 following principles:

1) Listen at a comfortable volume that allows you to hear the audio clearly and uninterrupted

2) Using stereo headphones is most recommended and necessary for binaural beats. However, if you cannot listen through headphones, you can use speakers. In such a case, opt for compositions that do not use binaural beats

3) Do not exceed 45 minutes of continuous listening per session

4) If possible, spread your listening sessions over the day (e.g., morning, evening)

5) If possible, listen to the same composition at different times of the day unless stated differently in the description (e.g., The Fountain Of Youth 4x daily = 2x in the morning + 2x in the evening)

6) If you are unable to finish the entire daily listening schedule, prioritize the first one or two programs in your cycle. Missing a day is not a big deal. Simply resume your regular regimen the next day

7) If you experience bothersome side effects such as listening fatigue, follow this protocol (A-E) until the side effects subside:
A) discontinue listening until the next day and make sure you are listening at a comfortable volume
B) reduce the number of daily listens
C) reduce the number of compositions listened to daily
D) modify the setup (replace/remove as many compositions as needed)
E) interrupt your cycle and retry it after a one-week break following the sub points A to D


*More doesn't equal better. Consistency is the key.

- Should I focus explicitly on the audio or meditate while I listen?

- Focusing/meditation can be the icing on the cake for some compositions, but it is not necessary for any of them to work.

- Can I multitask while listening?

- You can perform multiple tasks at the same time, but only those that do not interfere with the sound (especially regarding binaural beats and isochronic tones). For example, cooking, playing a video game (preferably with the music turned off) or listening to YouTube videos/podcasts at low volume can do.

- Can I listen while sleeping?

- Although listening throughout the night can be effective, it is not recommended. The body requires an undisturbed environment during sleep for effective recovery, and any external stimulus that forces it to maintain an increased level of awareness and process information disrupts it. Use this method at your discretion (preferably audios with no binaural beats or isochronic tones included).

- Can I speed up or listen to two or more of your audios at the same time?

- Do NOT speed up, modify, or overlap the audio files.

- Should I listen through headphones or speakers?

- Listening through stereo headphones is the most recommended method for all of my compositions and the only appropriate for those employing binaural beats. However, in some cases, speakers can do.

1. Binaural beats | Stereo headphones mandatory (listened to with both ears at the same time with headphones worn on the correct side)

2. Isochronic tones works both on speakers and headphones

3. Subliminal Messages | Stereo headphones highly recommended
| Most of my programs employ a powerful sound phasing technology to deliver subliminal messages across a 360-degree spherical sound field, which requires listening through stereo headphones to reach its maximum potential. Regardless, subliminal messages also work through loudspeakers.

- I advise against it. Overlistening may cause listening fatigue.

However, if you are an experienced user, listen to your body. If it is well-accustomed to exposure to neural engineering programs, you can expand the limit according to your needs and capabilities. Just observe how your organism reacts. Remember yet that there is no need to push it to the limits.

- What is listening fatigue?

- Listening fatigue (LF | also known as body / listener fatigue) is a phenomenon occurring due to prolonged exposure to an intense auditory stimulus (e.g., binaural beats) and/or processing excessive amounts of information (therefore including subliminal messaging and morphic programming).

It manifests by, i.e., earaches, headaches, tiredness, irritability, brain fog, and general discomfort

Worth knowing: adaptogens such as ashwagandha, tongkat ali, or rhodiola rosea can support your nervous system, preventing listening fatigue and speeding up recovery.

- How should I set the equalizer on my listening device?

- Flat. 

Optionally, if you know your headphones and playback device and its sound signature well, set the equalizer in a way that makes your headphones reproduce a neutral sound.

- The uncompressed, original lossless format - WAV. Such audio files are available on Patreon (online & offline listening) and Gumroad.

- Are the WAV audio files more effective than the compressed compositions available on YouTube?

- Given that the audio files in WAV provide the most accurate sound (i.e., the highest available sampling rate, bitrate, and bit depth), they are superior to compressed audios such as those on YouTube.

- What if I can't afford paid content and listen on YouTube only?

- You'll still reach the total effectiveness of the programs and all benefits listed in their descriptions. The difference is notable but non-essential for them to work as supposed.

Audio Doping - Terms & Basics

- What are binaural beats?

- Binaural beats are two distinct audio frequencies played simultaneously to both ears that stimulate brainwaves and synchronize neural activities across the brain. For example, when your right ear is exposed to 100Hz and the right ear to 95Hz, the brain will synchronize brainwaves correspondingly to the difference between them - a 5Hz pattern, causing neurons to send out electrical impulses at the same rate as the beat, triggering specific reactions related to the brain state (i.e., physiological, biochemical, transcriptional).

- What are isochronic tones?

- Audio frequencies (a single tone or a set of tones) played repeatedly in a pulsating pattern - on and off, consequently synchronizing brainwaves accordingly to their pitch and pulse, causing neurons to send out electrical impulses at the same rate as the beat, triggering specific biological reactions related to the brain state (i.e., physiological, biochemical, transcriptional).

- Sensory stimuli (e.g., auditory (i.e., affirmations or afformations) or images) perceived below the absolute threshold level (ATL) of conscious awareness, processed by the subconscious mind without the active involvement of conscious awareness.
Regular exposure to relevant subliminal messages persuades the subconscious of the need to take a certain action. This phenomenon initiates a domino effect ("subliminal response"), ultimately triggering various biological and psychological reactions of the organism dependent on the subliminal messages.

- Sensory stimuli (e.g., affirmations, images, or a specific sound) perceived above the absolute threshold level (ATL) of conscious awareness. Supraliminal messages can be detected consciously, although require deliberate attention to be perceived. - How long the effects of a each technology last?

- It depends on the process affected. Generally speaking:
- the effects of regular binaural and isochronic stimulation are long-lasting
- the effects of subliminal, supraliminal, and morphic programming last indefinitely
- each can be designed to be temporal or short-acting


Also:
- the benefits of mindset and neural-modeling programs
(so not including i.e., steroid frequencies) last indefinitely
- for highly sustainable/permanent modifications such as bone remodeling, you don't have to worry about the changes fading away independently of technology that invoked the effect

However, it is essential to remember that i.e. the brain, muscles, and endocrine system are plastic and constantly influenced by lifestyle, diet, and environmental factors. Therefore, for many processes, effects can last indefinitely (e.g., improved skin condition) but not always permanently. You still need to take care of yourself and may need to repeat a program occasionally for an extra push.

- How fast do the effects kick in?

- Even in the first listening, which is especially noticeable when using binaural beats and programs based on isochronic tones thanks to the immediate brainwave modulation.
Peak effectiveness usually falls within the first and fourth week, depending on individual predispositions and experience with audio doping. 

Experienced users and genetically fast responders reach peak effectiveness faster thanks to high susceptibility and responsiveness to neural-modulatory mechanics of audio doping (responsiveness of brainwaves, subliminal absorption and processing rate, etc.). Less responsive individuals may need to stay patient a little longer, although, along with experience, the time shortens significantly.

SECTION 3

Steroid Frequencies & Doping

- How should I start my journey with steroid frequencies?

- Familiarize yourself with The Beginner's Guide to Binaural Steroid Frequencies and choose one of the stacks marked "popular choice."

Beyond that, independently of your primary athletic goals, Forcefully Sensitized Androgen Receptors stacked with a testosterone secretagogue, such as Testosterone Propionate or Testosterone Therapy, is always a good starting point.

- Will DHT and/or steroid frequencies cause hair loss/shedding?

Increasing DHT in the body may accelerate hair loss only if you are highly predisposed to androgenetic alopecia (so mostly if it occurred in your grandfathers or father at your age). So, unless you are in this 5% of the population, they should not intensify hair loss.

Worth noting, androgens infrequently stay for hair loss and receding hairline (less than 30% of men who experience balding, about 5% of the male population). Most frequently, hair loss is the result of elevated cortisol, low testosterone or high estrogen levels, and/or aging. Paradoxically, the hormone of masculinity - DHT - has a fair potential to prevent hair loss by inhibiting aromatase, occupying estrogen receptors, and reducing basal cortisol secretion.

If you're worried about your hair due to having genetic predispositions:
- include Balding Prevention formula in your cycle
- opt for steroid frequencies with low androgenic activity (such as NPP  or Stanozolol)
- or base your cycle on non-steroidal agents (section 5)

- Will steroid frequencies kill my testosterone production like physical AAS?

- No. Steroid frequencies amplify and modulate endogenous processes (naturally occurring) in the body and do not markedly suppress the HPG axis/inhibit testosterone production, e.g., due to the negative feedback to the hypothalamus. What's more, testosterone and DHT secretagogues, once they are discontinued - increase endogenous production of steroid hormones for an extended period in a way to which the body has become accustomed during their active use.

- If I discontinue using steroid frequencies will my muscle gains fade away?

- Muscle gains are highly sustainable, meaning that if you continue to care for your body, you won't have much trouble maintaining the muscles you've built.
Note, however, that if you've been using agents that increase glycogen retention, which gives your muscles a pumped-up appearance, this effect may be less apparent; however, beyond the aesthetic aspect, it has no influence on the functional size of a muscle.

- I'm prone to acne/I have acne. What shall I do?

- If you're prone to acne due to highly responsive androgen receptors in the skin or high aromatase activity (testosterone to estrogen conversion), include Perfect Skin in your cycle to prevent acne breakouts and opt for non-aromatizing agents

If you experience acne and appoint it to steroid frequencies:
- halve the number of daily uses of steroid frequencies until breakout subsides
- if necessary, introduce an estrogen reducer such as Exemestane on a weekly basis
- follow the Standard acne treatment protocol (this protocol can be used regardless of the root cause of acne)

- What if I no longer feel the same rush of energy as when I listened to a steroid frequency X for the first time?

- It's a naturally occurring adaptation that has nothing to do with effectiveness. If, for example, you injected yourself with a fair dose of testosterone a week, you would feel "high" for the first few months. Later, the "rush" would gradually fade despite continuing the cycle. However, this has nothing to do with some inhibition of its beneficial activity. You would continue experiencing all the physical and mental benefits daily, yet your brain simply got used to feeling in a particular way, no longer perceiving it as an extraordinary "rush." Now it's the new normal. Eventually, if you enjoy the feeling of "rush," swapping to a different steroid frequency can do the trick.

- As it befits a scientist, I conduct self-experimentation on primordial programs before sharing revised versions with a test group (both precede official pre-release). Is it safe to frequently pause or be interrupted while listening to recordings? my current situation forces me to not have complete privacy and i hardly have 5 minutes straight to myself without being interrupted. I need to listen to few everyday but im worried if i have to pause the recording i might do more harm than good?

Discontinuous listening does not cause actual physical or mental harm. However, it can disrupt the brainwave synchronization mechanics of binaural beats and isochronic tones and promote listening fatigue. If you frequently are forced to interrupt the recordings (e.g., taking off the headphones, pausing every few minutes), listen to those operating solely on subliminal messages and morphic programming.
