The two you mentioned work through binaural beats, while Wolverine Recovery through morphic fields and subliminal messages (a different mechanism of action), focusing mainly on recovery, affecting the secretion of the two peptides to a lesser degree than the IGF-1 and HGH. Also, note that if you listen to the GH only, IGF-1 secretion increases as well.
