I agree that it makes it more realistic and therefore more enjoyable, but I also agree that it's not great if it's all you hear. For example, if it's a sex scene, I think having both would be great, but the female sounds should take precedent. Of course, if it's a handjob or something, having some male moans makes it nicer.
