Third animation flashes a black screen before the final frame

I dunno if I got to it to early or something, I'm still seeing the same problem so far. It's noticeable when it loops. None of the others have this issue, just #3.

Looks like there was a problem with google drive not updating the new file. I reuploaded and tested by downloading it myself. If it doesn't work, please let me know.
