Dark Desires

Clothing birth could be something fun. With girls like Michiru and Winry, they've got some tight clothes on that could make for a nice bit of complicated birthing if they aren't able to get undressed in time. Another feature could be belly-rubbing to help soothe their increasing labor.

Michiru is being a surrogate for a couple that can’t have children but the father neglected to mention that his animal form is a big one that likes to kick. This could cause lots of belly movement and Rapid belly growth.

Love the idea of her getting very vocal during sex about her partner getting her pregnant and then being embarrassed by her behavior when she tells her friend in the next scene. XD

I think some dialogue about being tough enough or be able to take it and otherwise being dismissive of the discomfort would be fitting dialogue for a tomboy character and would work for both characters.

Winry I can see continuing her heavy automail work while fully pregnant, frustrated at her nan's constantly telling her to take it easy. Michiru I'm not sure about, I imagine she'd be frustrated to be undergoing another unexpected transformation.

Another piece of dialogue I think would be good would be her partner being afraid of hurting the baby and the main character saying something to the effect of man up or don’t be a pussy pound my pussy.

I like your idea it is one possible path but I’m not sure we need her to be shy at first. She is going to be aged up so we don’t have to assume this is her first one. She could be confident from the onset experienced and knows what she wants. Maybe she could even be the one showing her partner the ropes like she did in the baseball game. Don’t get me wrong I like your idea I was just trying to think of multiple scenarios:)

I love that setting, could make a great Halloween theme. But for Winry it’s a poor fit. You want to take the fan loved wrench welding gear head from the show about the science of alchemy and have her used in a magic ritual? Oo

Winry is overdue and she doesn’t want to be anymore. She tries to induce labor as the animation goes on the days tick by. 1 day overdue she tries spicy foods having her significant other make them for her. She would say lines about being tough enough for the spiciness. She only succeeds in making her baby visibly kick a lot. 2 day overdue she tries exercising. Normally walking is recommended but I’m trying to think of something that would be easier to animate. Maybe she could invent an elliptical machine if done in profile this would be much easier to animate and would show off her belly. The whole time she could be complaining about pregnancy symptoms and how heavy and large her belly is. After the exercise you could use a stethoscope to try to find a heartbeat to see if the babies in the right position. 3 day overdue sex to induce labor. I was thinking there could be a neat mechanic where you use different forms of stimulation to expect her and based off of the pleasurable sounds you would know either do something more or less. Adjusting of speed or area of a righteous zone to be stimulated. Shortly after she climaxes her water breaks and the birth scene begins.

I love this idea! But maybe swap out the exercise scene for an opening scene of her in the workshop being her usual self, but struggling to get anything done with her big overdue belly in the way, maybe trying to lean over to do some wiring and then she snaps, complaining about being pregnant and deciding to try some methods of inducing labor. As for the spicy food, we can drop an in-universe joke with Winry suggesting they use the strong stuff they got from Al while he was in Chin. :)

an introductory scene where a doctor is explaining being overdue and is patronizing saying something to the effect of if you can’t take it anymore or don’t worry your pretty little head we can induce labor. This becomes a challenge accepted moment where she will induce herself without the doctors help. She will not admit defeat! I was kind a hoping that the doctor would be female. I figured this would be a good Lusty cameo opportunity.

I was also thinking at the end she could have a different doctor and instead of being patronizing she asks would you like an epidural. And assures her that she is no less strong if she chooses to take it. You the player could then choose whether to take it or not. This would change whether it was a struggle labor or a happy labor

Thanks, I try my best to help make the waifu feel like the character. Fullmetal is set in a sort of 1940s England setting though so doctor less likely to recommend epidural. Her nan could be the one to suggest spicy food, mentioning it was what her late parents who were doctors would recommend to overdue mothers. As for sex it could be an embarrassing further suggestion from her Nan or something she heard in the village.
