Miami (Driver 3) map mod for GTA 5 - dev update 2 (Patreon)

dev update 2 includes the following fixes:

• compatibility with latest version of GTA 5 (at the time of writing)
• fixed the issue of map not loading up for some people
• reduction of waves to remove flooding on the streets
