Would you like to see this modded into Liberty City? (Patreon)

I am enquiring about opinions what the desire is like to implement the following interior options into Liberty City with the game titles.

As a assisting comment you can tell me how important it is to you that a interior is MLO (since I don't currently have 3ds max 2012 for full GTA 4 development compatibility support, it would be easier to avoid MLO altogether). We might be able to make a compromise!
