Patreon billing temporarily paused. (Patreon)

Hey Patrons, 

some bad news to share here, but we better kill the fire before it's started. Patreon asked us to do an identity validation and while doing it, someone accidentally changed the subscription model of our Patreon page to charge people when they join, instead of on the 1st of the month). 

Patreon being as user friendly as it is for both creators and Patrons, won't allow us to revert the change (at all) so we're in touch with their support team. We have made the decision to pause billing on Patreon for the next 30 days in hopes to resolve the issue in time. This means nobody will be charged and nobody will get rewards between the 1st and 3rd of September or be charged at all in September.  

I know this is a huge inconvenience for you, but a simple mistake like this could kill the Patreon page if we don't act on it. We can't support the page if people get charged every day and we have to deliver rewards every day, our system of organizing payments and rewards has been built on the method of charging and rewarding between the 1st and 3rd of every month.  

Please accept our sincerest apologies regarding this, if people had been charged prematurely because of this, it would've been a nightmare to handle with Patreon. We will keep you updated on the matter as we know more. Thank you for your patience! 

In the meantime, feel free to sign up for a monthly card or the season pass from the game directly. I know it's not ideal, but this is a huge complication that we have to deal with on our end. We're sorry!
