There is a purple button labeled Message on this Patreon page just below the Gay Harem banner, as for your other question Combativity are the things used to fight villains in the game worlds

I need to double down on the predecessor's question - how do I contact them? There is no purple button labeled message for me... Underneath the banner I just have the "posts", "my membership" and "community" tabs.

Any idea when the rewards get applied to your account after you have sent all the info requested in a message?

I think if you have subscribed before the 1st of the month, it applies to that month. But the rewards are not applied yet I think.
