Both of his teammates were knocked out. They were lucky that she didn't kill them.
All of this so she could watch him seal the lay line.
Even with all his suspicion, Minato could do nothing.
But before doing what she wanted, he at least wanted to know the name of the girl who defeated him. She would probably kill him in the moment he completed the sealing.

In response she just laughed at him.

Alright I will tell you."
She agreed after laughing at him for a while.
"I was Uzumaki Naruko, daughter of Minato Namikaze and Kushina Uzumaki.
But you can call me maou sama ! Human !"
She said in a haughty voice.
Minato felt rage."Don't mess with me !"

Now then I have entertained your thoughts more than enough. Now do your work or I will kill them." Naruko pointed her finger at his comrades.
Minato just did as he was told. His mind was in turmoil. He finished the sealing in daze.

Then the girl created her own array of sealing Matrix. And when she activated it, she got in engulfed in a bright white light.
With the light, the girl disappeared.
