(Fixed Mostly??) PC Issues (Patreon)

Heya, so I'm having some pc issues. Got a nice BSOD restart loop and none of the online solutions fix it. I have a few ideas and some of you guys are already helping me which is really nice ^^ If I can't fix it tonight then it shouldn't take more than a week. It could need new parts, I don't know at this stage though. 

I was hoping to finish the cyberpunk gadget today.  ;-;

I believe I've mostly fixed this issue. Completely reinstalled windows and I copied the settings for most of my programs back, and it worked shockingly well. My CSP settings and brushes are still there, my tablet works fine and even my keypad has my shortcuts again. I'm super happy it didn't set me back for weeks. I need to test more tho, there could be more issues I'm missing. But I'm SO RELIEVED AAAAA
