"Come in, we don't have much time to do this," Adorabella said as she beckoned us into the room. My eyes swam along the curves on display and then focused on the pentagonal ritual space. It was marked with blood, similar to the last one I used. The other ingredients, though, stood out.

'Those look like blood and organs of magical creatures,' I thought. Quite easily because there is no other way that large yellow eye belonged to any human. The slit in it revealed its reptilian source. I looked at it with apprehension. There was a lot of mana condensed in the eye, 

"Wasn't this supposed to be a core expansion ritual?" I asked. I didn't like the changes done to the ritual. Who knows what changes, even something minor, could have disastrous consequences.

My hesitance should have been quite clear as Adorabella came forward, an old-looking book opened to a set page in her hands. With a smile on her face, she extended the book to me. I looked at her confident smile and then down at the page. The ritual that was written on the ground was described in the book in quite a detail. 

"This is the original manuscript of the core expansion. The runes drawn on the floor are the same ones that they have in the Slytherin dungeon. As you can see, the original ritual has space for five core components to be added; you didn't do it in Hogwarts because the chances of getting all five ingredients are very difficult." She explained as I looked through the book. Every rune I couldn't even see with my eye was detailed along the pages.

I didn't doubt her, as the feeling of the wild mana contained in the ritual circle was the same that I had sensed in Slytherin. I trusted my mana sense more than her words or the book; still, if it was a matter of money, both Pansy and Evelyn could probably afford the ingredients, right?

"What are those ingredients?" I asked, a little curious about why there is a need for this risk that they are taking.

"A Basilisk's eye, Basilisk's blood, Basilisk's tendons, Basilisk's fang, and Basilisk's scale," Adorabella replied with a smile. I resisted the urge to frown. That was very coincidental.

"So what's the difference between this Ritual and the rest, and why a Basilisk?"

"The core ingredients take advantage of the main fundamental of the Core Expansion ritual by allowing a third type of mana to flood your system. Giving you both a chance to gain additional chances to awaken the rare magical abilities of the Magical creature. As for the core ingredients that can be used with the ritual, it's the blood and bones of one of the five most prominent magical creatures. A Basilisk, a Phoenix, a Unicorn, a Spinx, or a Chimera."

'Phoenix seems impossible to catch and butcher. To use Unicorns in a ritual is probably illegal and immoral. As for the Spinx and Chimera, I haven't actually read about them anywhere. So maybe it all came down to timing, but why do I feel that she's not telling me everything.' I nodded. Still, the ritual has no side effects, and it is the same one I did with Pansy and Evelyn. 

Nodding, I dropped my robes and walked into the circle. The candle illuminating the dark room gave me enough sight to see Daphne looking extremely nervous as she walked in after me. I looked at Adorabella, who had no intention of leaving.

'Watching me fuck her daughter, and from the excitement of her mana, she is quite pleased with herself.' I ignored her and looked at Daphne. Since we were only wearing robes, her petite boobs peeked through the thin fabric. I sat down at the center on one of the two runes for soul, and after a slight hesitation, Daphne followed, dropping her robes and revealing her youthful body.

A connection once again formed between my wand and the ritual circle. The rune started glowing a little, its brightness increasing with each passing second. While I was doing that, Daphne had managed to do the same. Pushing my wand out of the circle, I waited.

"Come on, don't be nervous," I spoke as I extended my hand to her. With the initial two parts of the Ritual done. The connection between our cores must be established for the process. Since I had adjusted my size before coming in, my already erect cock didn't need to be adjusted. I had kept myself on the smaller size, just barely above 7 inches, not to intimidate Daphne too much, but judging by her widened eyes staring at it, it didn't help much.
