There are two types of "Forced Transformations": 1) transformations forced on the character but entirely decided by the player, or 2) transformations forced on the character and on the player. In the first case, the game allows the the player to select or influence the transformations or even avoid them completely. The character is described as being reluctantly transformed but this was entirely decided by the player. In the second case, the transformation is unavoidable, both for the player and for the character. I usually enjoy the first type of forced transformation. The second type is a mixed bag: sometimes it is done well and I enjoy it, sometimes I hate it and stop playing that game.
