Robert Joseph Long, better known as Bobby Joe Long, was an American serial killer and rapist of a reticular brutal nature, who was executed for the murder of 10 woman he sexually assaulted, and murdered  in the Tampa Bay Area in Florida during an eight-month period in 1984 where .he was killing a woman every two weeks.  Along with many other serial killers including Jeffrey Dahmer and John Wayne Gacy Jr. It is believed several incidents that caused head trauma changed Longs personality that set him on a course to be one of America's more brutal serial killers.  NAME: Robert Joseph Long AKA Bobby Joe Long CLASSIFICATION: Serial Killer ORIGIN: U.S.A ACTIVE YEARS: 1984 METHOD: Strangulation & Gun NUMBER OF VICTIMS: Killed 10 and over 50 brutal rapes DATE OF ARREST: November 16, 1984 STATUS: Executed by Lethal injection  23 May 2019

The way he left his first victim Lana (Ngeun Thi Long; sucks that her last name was long too) was even more hideous than you describe. He actually broke her hips to spread her legs not just spread eagle-but beyond. To rotate them so that they were almost completely out on each side. He raped and sodomized her from behind and with that knot of his with every thrust her face got ground into the dirt and the knot got tighter and tighter and she died awfully.
