Today is the anniversary of my friend Darlene Prioriello's death, she was brutally murdered on this date in 1982 and I will be spending my day quietly thinking of her, maybe scribbling down a memory or two or digging deep for a new one.

I will be reposting a film or two in her memory today that I hope you will take time to watch again. and I talk about my friend in this PODCAST.

Adulthood brings some clarity on the sadness of death. As kids, most are resilient and able to move on quickly. It's living, itself, that shows you more and more the value of life.

Today of all days I relate to your cherishing the memory of your childhood friend Deadbug. I think of my Aunt Karla on my birthday every year as she had the same birthday as me and ten yrs older, so hard not to. She was murdered in 2007. Today was her Birthday. I must say I never really see the so called mistakes in your films even the spelling I guess because your films are amazing and so well done that my attention is on what your talking about. You always have new info that's never been heard of before and your crime scene pics are the best I've ever seen. As for your voice it's what caught my attention the most when I first saw one of your films. Your voice is perfect and it's one of a kind I love it as I'm sure many others do. I’m really sorry for the loss of your friend DB, but I don’t think her life was in vain, because of her we all got to meet and know each other and we all got to know you. It’s a different way to look at it. Thanks for everything you do. Keep up the good work haha! 😘

I don't know you but goddamn you sound really sad, I hope you feel better soon. I raised a glass to your friend just now, even though I'm 2 days late. RIP Darlene Prioriello. I'm afraid I've been guilty of commenting "keep up the good work!' on YT cuz I can't contribute to your film making or anything. What I really mean to say is please keep making these videos and taking me to a place that I can't describe. You just take me on a journey, like when I watched Death by Dyke, I was so into it I didn't expect the kids to die despite the title of the video. I forget everything when I watch your vids.
