probably the quickest ive ever gotten a patreon cut up lmao. sorry it's so long! i had to cut SO much of the songs out of the youtube upload so there's a lot more here

you should fully watch the whole film, but I do want to point out a little bit of the context for This Is Me: It's all happening one night - the party was one Barnam (Jackman) had shut them out of, the protestors think they shouldn't be out in public, and the audience at the show prove they're the ones that made the show great, not Barnam (bc this is the first time he hasn't been with them for the show). It's a middle finger to someone who pushed them aside carelessly in a bid to be more "respectable", and proving that they're enough even without him, to themselves if no one else.

Cadence

I already mentioned this in discord and on YouTube, so I’m sorry I keep repeating it, but I’d love to see your reaction to the whole movie- and if not the whole movie, at least a few more songs. Tightrope, Never Enough, The Other Side, and From Now On have some powerful vocals (like how the ones in this vid do), and I think you’d enjoy them. (Honestly all the songs on the soundtrack are great).

If you get the chance there are some more aongs you might like. "The Other Side", "From Now On" and "Tightrope" are three good examples.. And quite a few people like "Never Enough". Also, Zac Efron's big break was the "High School Musical" trilogy followed closely by the "Hairspray " musical.

I'm not sure if you're able to do this due to copyright (or interested), but there are two live performances from the greenlight workshop for The Greatest Showman. They are Hugh Jackman singing 'From Now On' (although the song is briefly started by Jeremy Jordan who was covering for Hugh that day, as he wasn't supposed to have been singing due to a recent op on his nose), and This is Me, sung by Keala Settle.
