Kageyama's one-handed toss is actually a response to Oikawa's two-handed toss to Iwa-chan earlier in the episode (around 4:40) where he jumped in front of Hinata (who's in the position to block) in order to stop the ball from crossing over the net. Kageyama did the same and one-upped him by using only one hand to toss to Hinata. It's like episode 19 all over again where Oikawa did the setter's dump in the beginning of the episode, then Kageyama did the same in the end, even repeating Oikawa's words back to him, lol! The show is establishing how much Kageyama looks up to Oikawa since middle school and how much he wanted to learn from him. I'm not a fan of Oikawa, specially after he nearly smacked my son, but I kinda understand why he hates Kageyama so much, lol! Also poor Yamaguchi.. YZ scolding him is so funny! It's also funny how all his senpais are nervous for him. I think Maya is nervous for him too, lol! She's one of the senpais. Only Kageyama's happy Yamaguchi is serving instead of Hinata. Hinata thought hitting Kageyama's head was the scariest thing ever, but I guess Kageyama's traumatised too, lol! In Yamaguchi's defense though, he really tried. He could've played it safe and did his normal serve, which has more chance of crossing the net, but he chose the high risk/high reward one. Anyway, Ukai only asked him to change the momentum, which he did, so mission failed successfully, lol!

YZ was ruthless this episode 😂 I'm glad Yamaguchi didn't have to bear this convo. He would of been like “damn yall “ 🥹 lol. Definitely was a Senpai in that moment. Lmao a big E for effort, he dang sure changed the momentum with that one 😅 momentum right into the net.

Man this match is INTENSE. But I think season 2 is WORSE 🤣😅 (season 3 had me at the edge of my seat too but we'll get to that later) I will forever feel for Yamaguchi. I am always so nervous and they get the best of me a lot, especially with something new and so much pressure. I feel for him so much. Everyone starts off stumbling, I'm excited for ya'all see his growth. Also! I do love Hinata, but this show does a really good job of shining the light to everyone, in my opinion 🖤🧡
