I've connected my Discord to Patreon several times but haven't received the invite.

I think you gotta post an invite instead of relying on Patreon + Discord to make the invite appear on our side, can always make a landing page with a patreon bot or something

I'm having the same problem as Zen. I checked the settings on the invites, you can send an invite with no limit or give a 1 day time limit. I recommend using the no limit invite, maybe in a future post.
