My grandma taught me how to swallow pills with sushi rice (crazy, i know, but it worked). She made rice balls and put the pills inside it, and i had to eat it

Ahhh, reverse comfort 🫠 Ugh, I'm the same way; when I get sick, I get REALLY sick. About taking pills, it's always been easier if I already have water in my mouth, then add whatever pill then swallow. My sincere apologies if that sounds gross, but trust me, it helps. I'm so glad you've been taking it easy and everything. I hope you start feeling as close to "normal" as possible soon. Good vibes 🫶

My mom used to give me a spoonful of peanut butter and hide pills in the peanut butter. It wasn't until we were camping when I was 7-8 that I had to take my meds and we didn't bring any, so I had to do it with water. I'm glad you've had the rest you need, and that you're listening to your body and doing what you need to get better. (You've come a long way hehe) 💛 I feel like you didn't even mention the most popular of the shrinking body exploration movies- THE MAGIC SCHOOL BUS! They fully do go through Arnold's whole system.
