We actually went over the hierarchy of needs for medical assisting as well. We are there to help bridge that gap between the doctor and the patient. We are one of the patient's biggest advocate. Therefore it's important for us to understand that concept to help better serve our patients. Don't get me wrong, 99% of my patients are amazing (you get a strangler Evey once in a while), but it's always great when I don't have to see them all the time because they don't need to be seen. ALSO it helps to know you like the long replies because THAT MEANS I can bring back the commentary and not feel bad

Oh daamn you have a coffee grinder at home, niice! I've been thinking about getting one of those. I usually only buy a cup of coffee at the nearest coffee shop while I'm on my way to work every morning (because i dont have a coffee grinder😭)

I also apologize a lot... and feel like im in the way... or talking way too much. Im working on it, but its hard. Its like a loop you find yourself in. You feel like you annoy people and you over apologize, they more than likely say "no you're fine", but then you feel bad about saying anything in the first place... ughh. I wish i could see myself how others see me... in my own head i annoy others and no one wants to talk to me. Or when i speak i think of the spongebob meme "nobody cares" with the rainbow. Working on it. 💙
