I've been on a good, consistent work out and gained back all the muscle I had from high school sports, plus a little more! 5 months ago I could barely do wall sits... and now I can hold that wall sit for a little over 2 minutes. And yes my legs are totally JELLY after that but it's a great feeling!

Progress is slow and results take time, so if you set a goal and don't see immediate results, don't be discouraged. That's just how these things work, but never give up on a goal!

I've been trying to strengthen my core a lot lately, man does it feel good to not to use momentum to lift myself up and just use my abs now LMAO

I used to do those with one leg crossed for shits and giggles. though I've been rucking, jogging and cycling more instead so I don't think I could anymore. Hanging leg raises have been good though.
