I've been on a good, consistent work out and gained back all the muscle I had from high school sports, plus a little more! 5 months ago I could barely do wall sits... and now I can hold that wall sit for a little over 2 minutes. And yes my legs are totally JELLY after that but it's a great feeling!
Progress is slow and results take time, so if you set a goal and don't see immediate results, don't be discouraged. That's just how these things work, but never give up on a goal!
