"What's with the fire?"

Funny, it looks like flames, but they don't burn. In fact, the flames that spew from Fleur's mouth don't have any sort of temperature, and instead it feels like a tingling sensation when they make contact with a living creature. 

Fleur/Chaos constantly expel excess energy through these flames, and that's what they actually are - pure, raw, chaotic energy. Even though they don't hurt, the flames still have a deadly affect... If dowsed in the flames, the victim suffers sever auditory and visual hallucinations and eventually goes mad. They usually commit suicide to make the torture end. 

Other uses for this raw energy includes using it to summon servants. Fleur spits out flames whenever she pleases to have one of her many bizarre creatures to assist her in battle or household chores alike. The flames are also used to dispel any minor magics or curses caused by other Ebonn Lords.
