Ignore this if someone told you (I saw this mentioned in the last reactions as well) but a Curse Womb and the Cursed Womb: Death Paintings (Choso and his brothers) are different things! A Curse Womb was explained to be literally that, a gestation stage of a curse and the Death Paintings are specific cursed objects. Misunderstanding is totally on the names being 90% identical though lmao. Both of these are explained in S1 but for most it's probably been a while since then + JJK always throws a boat-load of info at viewers.

Delerium

Playful Cloud was originally Toji’s. It was contained within the worm cursed spirit that Geto acquired after Toji’s death. We see Geto fight Yuta with it in JJK 0. After Geto died, Gojo took possession of it and lent it to Maki. Playful Cloud’s effectiveness is proportional to the physical strength of its user, which is why it’s perfect and insanely powerful in the hands of someone like Toji. Also, Toji’s theme music is probably my favorite in JJK, it’s so distinctive.
