Hey guys!

Thought I’d pull up and give you a really quick update about K-Dramas and what’s good / also grab some input from you as well!

First off, thanks for being so patient with uploads! Porting and the logistics of moving back to Patreon were time consuming amongst the other things we really keep on top of, and this WHOLE WEEK we’ve had a heat wave and this hot box that is my office has been horrendous 😭

Appreciate you being so understanding, and know that we’ll be back at it really soon!

Second, as far as goals are concerned with K-Drama and what I’m hoping to achieve and what we’re doing with them - Attorney Woo is the main one that I want to finish right now, and I want to finish it by the end of the year at the latest (1 ep a week type vibes 🥹❤️). Thanks for being patient up until now with this!

Doona! was…indeed a drama 🥹 (no spoilers) but truth be told I’m a little lost on which one to pick up after Attorney Woo is done. Worst of Evil looks good still but it’s not something I’m SUPER intent on binging, and Castaway Diva hasn’t fully grabbed me so far but it’s a good watch at least.

I’m kind of stuck on just “do I do something shorter like Our Beloved Summer or Law School?” or “do I just push through?”. The former (shorter) option appeals to me a bit more in this case I think.

This isn’t to say Castaway Diva and The Worst of Evil won’t be finished, but I think I’m going to put them on hold right now. Don’t want to overwhelm myself with shows, especially if I’m not 100% in on some of them right now 🙁

SO, that being said, do you have any drama recommendations that you think are like ABSOLUTELY WORTH WATCHING that you don’t see over here yet?

Some dramas I’ve watched but not reacted to:

  • Boy’s Over Flowers (gU jUnPyO)
  • My Love From The Star
  • Heirs
  • Alchemy of Souls (dropped because I didn’t vibe sorry lmao 😭)
  • Train to Busan (K-Movie)
  • Parasite
  • a few others but I can’t think rn 😭

Let me know!

If you don’t know my taste already I love the rom/com vibes a lot and of course more like mature themes / crazier plots like The Glory with action I always vibe too. I do know that “My Demon” comes out at the end of this month too and “Twinkling Watermelon” just ended. Would anyone be interested in either of these / recommend them?

Let me know!

Love ya, and see you for some Attorney Woo really soon!

P.s Heatwave ends tomorrow apparently 🥹🫡

Julie

Sky Castle for intense/dark vibes, and Reply 1997 or Reply 1988 for warm/wholesome vibes! (But Sky Castle and Reply 1988 are both very long lol TT)

Thanks for this Julie! I REALLY really REALLY want to watch Reply 1988 because of Hyeri and I've heard the cast and acting are amazing - we just need to strap in! haha
