We're finally starting! Let me know what you thought of the episodes and performances down below y'all!

One thing I will say is that I may not be fuuuuully all in on the show just yet BUT whatever group comes from this will be really good considering the base talent we see at the outset!

Bit late in watching - But in terms of your "controversial" opinion at the end, in concept I super agree. Kep1er being the first group I really follow from episode 1 of a survival show to disbandment, I've very quickly learnt I can't do that to myself every 3 years lmao. Even though I like the Produce/Planet series, and even prefer a more detailed/lengthy version such as Youth With You 2 (where there are just more episodes to see more trainees, and get a lot more personality in it), the setting of I-LAND being a much quicker paced show is really nice, and it's awesome it's a permanent group. The downside of a smaller setting is that I generally prefer more contestants to see - I used to have a friend I'd watch survival shows with, and it was so much fun making a top 9-12 after each episode and getting to talk about who we each liked more based on performance or personality, and I noticed with these smaller numbered shows those conversations were a lot shorter because our lists ended up being so similar. That being said this has 0 impact on my enjoyability of these shows, and I rarely talk to that friend anymore so it's barely relevant, but thought it'd be fun to put out there, since I've always kinda just lurked on your reactions and didn't enter the discussions much in the past!
