Oh, for the light novels, I’m sure you already know, but be careful not to read the Can’t Fear Your Own World ones yet ! Also, you hit the nail on the head with your rant there, this purposeful frustration and anger that Kubo is making us feel on Ichigo’s behalf, pretty sure that’s one factor that made people dislike this arc, either they felt it but didn’t pin point why they did, or they didn’t feel it because they weren’t attached to Ichigo as a character with emotions and all anyway.
