Comic Book canon is twisted and convoluted thing. Character origins have been written and rewritten, hinted at, ignored and explained away as dreams or alternate realities.

In different versions, characters can be cousins, siblings, or simply alternate universe versions of the same character.

So when Pairing SuperMan, Super Girl & PowerGirl, it can fall under several different categories of fetish. I tend to lean towards the alternate universe theory, meaning SG & PG having sex is basically an elaborate form of inter-dimensional masturbation.
