Samus doesn't know how long she's been on the ship. Weeks, months, maybe more. In deep space, the cycle of day into night loses all meaning. Despite all the creatures that have com and gone from her chamber, this one is the most fearsome, it's depraved desire is an unquenchable onslaught.

When the crew tried to remove it so another creature could have a go at her, it savagely beat the rival to the brink of death.
