Una & Trapper - concern (Patreon)

Last week I touched on future Trapper a bit, and I do have some more of him that I'd like to eventually post, but I wanted to jerk yall back to current time Trapper with this nice little interaction. Una and Trapper attend the same college - they're classmates. They have been classmates throughout their school lives prior to college as well. They butt heads a lot, Una being a more outwardly gay borderline "twink" wolf, and Trapper is, well, the opposite of that. 

Una is not perfect, he struggles a bit with his academics and even in his baseball performance he's a little stressed at times. It's demanding, being a county-wide sports prodigy. Some of his other family members smoke, and well, it rubbed off on him at some point. An unlikely companionship has also developed between Una and one of the star Tusk quarterbacks, Steel (something I will touch more on eventually...) and while Steel is reluctant to express really blatant concern for Una, it comes across to those who are perceptive.

...such as Trapper, who most probably assume is a meathead to a degree that he's just flatout stupid. But much like Tre, he is of the same blood, and they actually tend to be very intelligent wolves. Trapper is no different. He does the jock thing, he works out, slams into other dudes on the football field, parties with his buddies... but his academics are nearly flawless at the same time. He doesn't really know why, but he seems the way his teammate looks at Una with concern when he spots him having a smoke break... and decides to intervene.

The smaller wolf is smart enough to know its bad, of course. He shouldn't be indulging in this habit, he does his best to do it in moderation. But it does calm him. The concern of his classmates may be enough to shake him into giving it up... especially when an unlikely character such as Trapper literally pries it from him and denies him the ability to indulge.

This is my way of showing how much Trapper cares, I guess. I touched on this a bit with the background info of last week's pic. I think that, despite that he says its for Steel's sake, he's basically using it as an excuse to stop Una for his own concern...
