at first I was going to open with an apology for drawing unironic DBZ crossover fanart but you know what... fuck that. I love toriyama, I love dragon ball, I'm not gonna be ashamed of that here! I may have thought twice about posting straight up fanart since I do think its a bit outside of most of my followers' interests, BUT this is Kody... and I think he looks kinda hot in the battle armor.

this is something I dipped my toes into the water with last year or so - drawing the boys as saiyans. the more that I've thought about it, the more I think it fits. an entire race of animalistic dudes that live for battle above all else. it's perfect for a bunch of football jocks, right? I mean... I think so. not to mention the armor pretty similar to football gear in structure.

there's more of this I've done, and more of it to come probably. just something different for me to tinker with.
