Here’s a career created by request by the lovely Ayana. Hope you enjoy it, my lovely! This a rabbit hole career for those of you that would like a guaranteed paying job. You can supplement your income with the new media production items from Get Famous, if you have it, but that EP isn't required for this career. I will update it with the Media Production Skill once it's added to the creator tool. 

You can use MC Command Center to promote your Sim (From a computer in-game, click Cheats>Career>Promote), or the cheat below if you don’t want to complete the objectives.

There are 10 levels, available, as follows;

1. Freelance Music Producer
   Started at the bottom, now you're here. Actually, you're still kind of at the bottom, but you're on the ladder now! Create and mix from home, using your own equipment, and earn your §'s that way! In the meantime, come on down to your local recording studio and we'll throw some quick cash your way for helping fine tune all the equipment.
   
2. Community Sound Engineer
   As a Sound Engineer, it's your responsibility to assemble, operate and maintain the technical equipment used to record, amplify, enhance, mix or reproduce sound. For now, you'll be working in churches, event halls and with local businesses, but it's a great start!
   
3. Recording Engineer
   Recording Engineers shape the sound of an album, and you'll record edit, and mix sound so it, you know, sounds good! In many studios, the Recording Engineer is also the Producer, overseeing both artistic and technical elements of the recording session. But don't get too big for your boots; you're not a Producer YET!
   
4. Artist & Repertoire Representative
   Now you're an AR Rep, you'll find yourself busy scoping out and hiring local talent. Once you've actually found some, talent (and good luck with that!) you may then play an active role in ensuring that they record an album!
   
5. Production Assistant
   Congratulations on your promotion to Production Assistant! Assisting the music team, this role will include liaising with our world-class team of composers, helping to manage our assets (music and artwork) and all other aspects of the creation of our production music catalog from the inception of an album to its international distribution! Del Sol Valley, here we come!
   
6. Entrepreneur Music Producer
   Now you've really got some skills and experience under your belt, you can start to build a name for yourself, and manage all areas of media production by yourself. You go!
   
7. App Sound Designer
   It's time to really get your name out there and recognized in the music industry. It's a tough business to crack, but now your sounds are starting to be heard in everyday apps and games, there's no stopping your success!
   
8. Studio Engineer
   Congratulations on your move up to Studio Engineer! You'll work with the technical aspects of sound during the processes of recording, mixing, and reproduction. You'll even assist record producers and musicians to help give their work the sound they are hoping to achieve, so be ready to mix with the rich and famous. Literally!
   
9. Music Consultant
   Now you have experience in most areas of media production, you've been promoted to Music Production. You're the one that clients and artists will come to for advice and information, and help to move their careers forward!
   
10. Professional Music Producer
    You're now the project master, and can oversee every aspect of music production! You're musically fluent and can make just about anyone sound good! Even YOU sound good singing in the shower with the right acoustics!

You’ll work on a few different skills, but if you don’t want to do these, you can just right-click on them in the career panel to complete them, if you have the UI CHEATS EXTENSION MOD installed.
