Kenshin pulled the stunned girl inside and threw her things in the “corridor,” locking the peculiar door behind him. Aya couldn’t believe her eyes, it was as if she had found herself in a fairy tale, or at least in the house of an incredibly rich man.

- D-did you build this? But how? – The girl asked in shock.

- Every wizard has his own secrets... And you haven’t seen all this beauty in good lighting yet! “The young man answered proudly and pulled the girl into the “living room.”

Kenshin pulled out two pre-prepared candles that he took from Aya’s house, lit them, and extinguished the torch, handing one of the candles to the girl, not wanting to spoil the beautiful mosaic ceiling of the living room with soot.

The girl, stunned, took the candle handed to her and stared at the splendor that opened before her; it was the first time she had seen such a beautiful home, and she could not hide her great surprise.

- Here, come here, hold it. - Kenshin said, handing her the second candle, and he took a small stepladder and placed it in the middle of the room, then stood on it and began to remove the “plafond”. Aya did not understand what he was doing, but obediently did everything that was required of her.

Kenshin somehow unscrewed the white lampshade and carefully climbed down to the floor with it. Under the interested look of the girl, he unscrewed the top part of the lampshade, and then took out a small nail and began to scratch something on the inside. The young man scratched something thoughtfully for several minutes, then stopped, then scratched again, without bothering himself with explanations.

And although he had already traced these runes several times in his mind, and even traced them on the ground once this morning, before shaving, the “ritual” took him a good five minutes, and he almost made a mistake several times.

Encouraged, Kenshin climbed back onto the stepladder and began screwing the lampshade back in, and then scratched something on the outside of the lampshade, and after a few seconds, the lampshade blinked several times and then lit up with a bright white light, frightening the poor girl.

Aya, seeing the suddenly lit lamp, jumped back in fear and almost dropped both candles, squealing in fright.

- Aaah! God, Kenshin, what is this? – The girl muttered in shock, squinting from the bright light.

- This is a primitive lighting formation. It doesn’t yet involve turning it off and on by anyone, but tomorrow I’ll do it and do everything right! “Kenshin answered in the coolest tone possible, as if this was worthless nonsense, but at the same time, no matter how hard he tried, he could not hide the sparkle in his eyes and the occasional stretching smile. The young man was immensely proud of the result.

Having gotten used to the bright light, Aya began to look around, and again could not hold back a surprised sigh: “God, how beautiful...” the girl muttered, admiring the beauty of the wallpaper and the mosaic ceiling. She couldn’t help herself and lightly stroked the back of the large leather sofa, enjoying the sensations.

- Don’t be so afraid, he doesn’t bite. Here, sit down. – Kenshin said and sat down on the sofa, making the girl sit next to him.

- Ah! God, Kenshin, we are dirty, and we will ruin such beauty... - Aya groaned and picked up her whole body, wanting to come into contact with unprecedented luxury as little as possible.

- Stop it, this is now our house, and you are not a guest here, but the hostess. You can even tear up this sofa and no one will tell you anything.

- W-what? Tear such beauty? Never! “The girl said, relaxing a little with a gentle smile, and finally leaned back on the sofa and moaned gently, finding herself on such a soft and high-quality sofa for the first time.

Kenshin himself leaned back on the sofa and relaxed his tired muscles a little. After resting for five minutes, he got up from the sofa and said: “Rest a little, you can lie down, the sofa won’t bite.” I need to do one more thing.

Aya nodded and continued to admire the beautiful wallpaper, large dining table, chest of drawers, two armchairs, and many smaller details, enjoying the luxury of her new home.

Meanwhile, Kenshin headed to the bathroom, lit a candle, placed it on the sink, and dragged a stepladder, working on the next lamp. The second time, the young man drew the required formation much faster and made lighting in the bathroom.

Having finished with the lighting, he glanced at the large tank screwed to the wall near the ceiling, in the manner of a “water heater”. Initially, he wanted to install a classic water heater, but when he realized that the “system” would not allow any electronics, he changed his mind. As the basis for his “magic water heater,” he took a typical tank from Aya’s backyard, and the system immediately caught the images and offered him suitable design options, adapting to his desires.

Kenshin chose just such a tank that can be disassembled into two parts without much difficulty. The tools at the young man’s disposal were very ordinary. The system made it possible to create the simplest tools, such as kitchen knives, a wrench, a hammer, an axe, a saw, and several others. No weapons or tools for narrow-profile tasks.

And if on all items of the shelter there was a ban on their removal outside the shelter, then this ban was partially lifted from the tools, and the tools could be taken outside for up to eight hours. After this time, the instrument disappeared and appeared in its original place only after 30 days.

The young man, having read all sorts of explanations in the system, was very surprised that the “system,” although it provided enormous opportunities, practically did not provide any loopholes for gaining an unfair advantage where this was not initially intended. Whether it's taking things out of the house and selling them, or using electricity to power technological things and mechanisms.

But Kenshin was also happy with what he had. He was glad that at least he wouldn't have to worry about a warm bed and a hot shower. The young man also understood that if he did not become powerful enough, a Kage-level shinobi would only need one wave of his hand to destroy his magnificent home, and soft pillows with terry robes would not help him in battle.
