Important Poll (Patreon)

Hello everybody. So I was wanting to do a poll similar to the one I did like, 2 years ago on here asking y’alls opinions on a change I was thinking of making before I went through with it as it would be impacting you guys. This way I can see where the majority of your guys' thoughts lay because although this isn’t a price change, it will mean less hairs per year. Anyways let me get into it. The bold is kind of a short and sweet of each paragraph if you don't want to read it all.

So, I am thinking of starting to do mini-sets (similar size to my add ons I have made in the past) bi-monthly which would consist of roughly: 2 hairs, 2 tops, 2 bottoms, and a possibility of accessories. These are much smaller than normal AxA packs; however, they would be more frequent (roughly 6 a year) and there would still be one big AxA pack per year most likely. The tier price would not be going up for these sets; however, these will be more work so I am contemplating adding a $3 optional tier that will be there if you want to support a little more without it jumping to $5. I haven’t decided on this yet.

On the off months, they would be as they are now. Three hairs a month, with the possibility of two on the chance I get behind. The packs would kind of act as collateral for this, as they would be a bit more work to do than the usual three hairs every month. However, I will still be aiming for 3 hairs a month in the non-set months and I should always be able to reach that unless an emergency comes up.

What would this mean for voting? Well, right now I am thinking of starting March with one of these sets if this poll goes in that favor; if not, voting will be up for March hairs in a few days. In theory, going forward polls for the next months hairs should be as they are now, a few weeks before the next month. These polls would only be in the months prior to a ‘hair month.’ If you’re confused, comment and I will explain it in more detail.

Polls for themes for the ‘sets’ however, I would put this as a benefit for tier 3 pledges to add something new to that as I rarely make speed meshing videos lately. Ayoshi and I have many theme ideas for sets; however, I feel as though not everybody would want to pick between say, a Goth or an Athletic theme. It is hard to make stuff like that versatile for everybody to enjoy. This is a large reason the AxA packs in the past have been an assortment of casual everyday clothing items. Most likely, instead of polls on theme names, I could assort a group of photos of clothing ideas together as the theme to give an idea of what would be made for that and voting would happen between these. Let me know if this sounds interesting or not, I’m not entirely sure.

If the result of this poll is mainly in the “yes, do the sets” option, then the one I would do for March would still have three hairs. Since this is a change, I want it to be adjustable so you can decide if the sets are worth it or not next month while still getting three hairs as usual.
