California is a topic of discussion for many, from mainstream media to casual conversations with people. Why is the population declining? Why are people fleeing the state for other places? Why is the homelessness population reaching over 100,000?

There are many questions answered right here in this two-part series with Michael Shellenberger, the author of "San Fran-sicko." Michael brings firsthand knowledge on numerous issues affecting the state of California, from the governor's position, crime, politics, ideologies, and homelessness that continue to plague the residents.

Bring back 3 strike rule, death penalty and death penalty for fentanyl distribution and then you’ll see change.

As a fellow native born and raised IE SoCal Native I'm so sick and tired of all the bs talking points regurgitated by this who don't live here. I refuse to leave because I love my state and it's worth fighting for! Why??? Because if we loose the battle here this cancer WILL SPREAD EAST. It already is. The one thing that no one is even mentioning is how Californian democrats have mastered mail in voting. They used it in the last presidential election. It's a hot mess and this state will Never change if people don't raise up and fight. Not violence but run for local office, school boards, etc. Take the local control and eventually you will make it to the state. Seriously, what do you think will happen? When the body gets cancer it spreads. Our union has a progressive cancer in CA. I'm down for the fight.

2024-02-26 02:26:36 No way, I left and I am making half my wages that I made there. It’s tough but as they say freedom ain’t free. The place is not safe anymore, you can’t even defend yourself anymore. It’s a lost cause at this point. I may go back one day if they pull there head out ass and get a handle on it. But I think the liberal disease is to rampant at this point. And by the way I was a fourth generation Californian born in Berkeley and never voted democrat, I always voted for freedom and I’m in a union. And there is 100,000 of people just like me leaving that communist state. But I will say I sure do miss those Cali twistys !
