Studio Upgrade (Patreon)

Hey Patreon,

I always like to show you where your support is going.  Other than supporting my entire team and family, this is where it is going. 

We are making a major studio camera upgrade.  We've upgraded to all full frame cameras and have added 2 SONY FX3's to take the place of the old A6600's.  We are hoping we now have the capability to shoot the SRS episodes in 4K.  We are also hoping that this eliminate the focus problems we've encountered with the camera filming the bar shot.  

Darrin (Patron and Editor) also recommended we upgrade some lenses as well, so we went with a 28x135mm. It creates a crisper image and allows the cameras to be pulled farther back off the set and out of the guests and my way when filming.  We will be getting at least 1 more of these lenses.

Not pictured is a now audio recorder that will help streamline the editing and production process.

And... 

I'd be lying if I didn't say I treated myself to a new pair of shades as a last ditch effort to maintain at least some sort of style as a 40 year old Dad. 🤣

I think it is important to show you all where your support goes.  I will promise I will always be looking for ways to improve the experience of watching SRS.
