I don't know if you all have been following the blog on our website. We have been touching on some topics to get you thinking about being a little more prepared.

One of our next blogs will be alternative currency.  Many think the US Dollar will eventually collapse. 

I'm curious what are some items you are or would start collecting to use as currency or to trade with?

I’m a little late to this party but enjoy reading the different views people have. I have heard ammo, booze, eggs. A lot of crypto talk. Don’t know much about that. Gold and silver maybe I guess. Although I cant eat it, drink it, hunt with it or protect my family or myself with it but who know what will be the main currency if these things happen. I would think any thing you can eat, drink, feed yourself with or protect yourself with would be the main source of trade. If you have any skill, weapons training, gun smithing, ability to reload ammo, large gardens, seeds, water ( I know someone mentioned already). Those would be the main things to barter with. Who knows just my thoughts.

I'm leaning into PM's a bit this coming year as it is pretty interesting to me but I've always been a hard asset guy. Wishing I'd bought more 9mm when that was $130/case!
