Wanted to give you guys a quick update to say thank you for supporting me on Vigilance Elite Patreon. Ya'll are awesome and I wanted to show you some of the gear we are investing in for the channel.

Finished up filming and editing a productive session. Thank you all for responding on the survey, I value your input. I moved footwork up this session and also added a response video for the good questions in the comments section on the follow through video going more in depth. Keep those questions coming!

25 Yard Advanced Drill, follow up from the 25 yard warm up, coming at Tier II tomorrow and the first part of the Fundamentals series will be published Tuesday (sorry fundamentals took longer than expected, breaking it down the concepts was a bit more complicated than anticipated but I'm digging what we have). This is going to be an in depth series.
