Yes, that is Miguel. However, the bodyguard is not meant to be Andre, he just happens to look similar. Also included are some quick reference renders I put together for the artist to show Lara & Miguel next to each other for scale.

We never really got to see Lara & Miguel's relationship in the game, so I figured a Terminal Quickies comic would be the best way to provide that bit of missing lore. So The New Girl is the story of how Lara came into Miguel's service, prior to the events of the Terminal Desires game.

Speaking of, I am extremely conscious of the time of month & the fact that I am going to have to provide some kind of update whether I am ready to or not... Apologies. Please bear with me a little longer. I'm not quite ready to stick my foot back inside my mouth with specifics, but expect a further delay regardless. I will be pausing the Patreon page again to compensate. As well as sending v0.10 ALPHA #3 links via DMs to September patrons when it does release, as I have done in the past.
