Hello everyone,

Sorry it took me this long to post anything. Hopefully some people had a chance to peruse that 6+ hour podcast I recorded. It should clear most things up regarding what my immediate plans are for 2021. I'll try to summarize any of the important parts in their own posts when they get closer to being relevant throughout the year. But I will move forward as if the folks who care about the story and the things that I'm working on will have played v0.09 and listened to the relevant parts of the podcast regarding v0.10 and why it's development is likely going to take up the first half of the year at least. And also the fact that I plan on taking all of March off, for an actual break this time, to avoid burnout. 

Proper development doesn't begin on v0.10 until January 25th. And I honestly haven't gotten too much done during this "break" of mine. A lot of baby steps here and there, but no major progress on any one thing. But I owe you guys some kind of update, so here it is!

Xmas 2020 Special

As you can probably tell from the main image of this post, the Christmas themed special image set is going ahead. I asked the $5+ tiers to choose if the Christmas theme would be too outdated by the time I got to it, but the majority of voters across both platforms were in favor of sticking with things as initially proposed. So I'm moving forward with that, finally! Participants will include Kiana with Sydney & Dr. Sonya + Andre with Debra and Mayor Fresendo. Thanks to the $5 tiers for voting to see these girls in particular as well. I've got a fancy new scene set up, and theme appropriate styles for everyone.

I don't know how many images I will create for this set, nor on what schedule I will be posting them on over the coming weeks. I'll probably just wing it. There will be more images than last years, but probably not too many as I will need to get back to work on the game at some point, and Xmas images in February will really be pushing it... :P

v0.09 New Characters

The closing scene of v0.09 introduced a bunch of new character names to keep track of. Some of them had portraits and dialogue. But due to running out of time, I was unable to properly show off what they looked like fully, in game. There were minor characters like the Pilot, (I wonder if anyone recognizes him...) and Hardwood Police Lieutenant Phoebe Fields, (another cameo character from my past works, simply known as "Phoebe" then) who I never intended on showing their bodies here (I still need to update Phoebe's model anyway).  But then there were a few others who I had intended on showing off, and you will see them in the restored version of this scene that will plays in v0.10. The first of these characters is Chase. Here is an image and a profile for him that I shared with the Special Forces tier some time ago:

Chase Borne - Age: 32, D.O.B. October 1st.

A direct employee of Mr. Norman Fairchild, Chase is a cyber security specialist, proficient programmer & hacker. He is in charge of overseeing Ashton Lake’s vast surveillance & security network. A service seeing great use these days by Dr. Slater and his team from F.W.I.

Due to the importance of his role, he is payed rather handsomely. Although he lives and works out of his own private bunker beneath the Fairchild Mansion, his older brother (Hunter) & niece (Melanie) do own a house in town that he purchased for them. Despite all of the "eyes" at his disposal, he has seen neither of them since the day of the outbreak...

Chase was paralyzed from his legs down due to a car crash in his adolescence and uses a wheelchair to get around (though he hardly leaves his quarters). Like all of Fairchild's employees, he’s received the benefits of the Fertility Enhancement Serum. Which in his case, miraculously restored the use of his previously unresponsive penis (as well as the typical enhancements). He is hopeful that the eventual advances in Dr. Slater’s genetics research will result in a way to also restore his legs naturally. While prosthetic solutions are available, as a paranoid tech genius, he does not trust having that sort of hardware and software hooked up to his body fearing that such technology could be hacked.

He has closely observed and recorded a lot of what's been going down around town, even far before the outbreak. The storage units at his data center are packed full of HD video recordings of his favorite Ashton Lake girls. He's taken a particular interest in Tiffany since she entered the town and has already saved hundreds of gigabytes worth of her footage. One could say he's a chronic masturbator, but that might be putting it lightly! It's been a long time since he last put his penis back inside of his pants...

Chase is an interesting character that I'm excited to do more with in due time. Someone immediately more exciting though is of course the mysterious Viper-8. Here is an image and "profile" that I shared with Special Forces supporters a while ago as well. There was a poll to pick between two body types for her. They chose the one below that had more muscle definition.

A new combatant approaches...

Of course, with v0.09, her "Mission" has been revealed. To apprehend "Titan-12" and recover Dr. Slater & his research, bringing them both back to Hardwood City under the orders of General Li. She's not alone, of course, Viper-3 & Viper-5 are accompanying her, but more on them later... What does this all mean? Well, you'll just have to wait and see! ;) At least they're all in town now, so who knows? Perhaps we'll bump into them in the not too distant future...

Missing from v0.09 was a full render of Viper-8 from inside the Military chopper during her conversation with Dr. Slater. I ran out of time for this, and also had yet to design her outfit, so I just went with the face portrait in the end. I will of course rectify this in v0.10, which means I needed to get that outfit sorted. So here is the outfit reveal for Viper-8 for all tiers:

Of course, there were other new characters officially introduced here as well. Like Chief Officer Juggs and Dr. Sonya. But since I'd already unofficially introduced them to you guys months ago, I won't go over them again here. But it is nice to have them both finally in the game and not just stranded in side-projects or promotional renders. Even if we will have to wait a while before seeing either of them again... Now if we could just finally get to that Ali character... But I'm getting ahead of myself now ;) 

I'm not giving release dates anymore, but my biggest goal for 2021 is probably to get v0.12 out at least, which will finally introduce Ali into the game proper (Also Reyna, Ricky & Daniel. The latter of which I still have to design...).

Tiffany Voice Lines

One of the things I've been doing this month is working more with TheVoiceVixxen to get more of Tiffany's voice lines recorded. v0.10 is the first version that will include some voice lines for Tiffany. I am hoping to get at least all of the main Day 1 story content voiced for her, and as many sex scenes as we can get done. So far we've recorded all of her combat/strip/submit lines, along with the opening sex scene where Tiffany saves Vanessa from the two zombies. This week, I've also sent through scripts for 2 of Tiffany's combat sex scenes, and I'll be preparing scripts for more scenes in the comings weeks and months too. If possible, I would also like to cast voices for Vanessa & Hitomi in time for v0.10 as well, but I'll keep focused on Tiffany for now, since there is still a lot to do there. :) 

I'll put together a proper audio demo later in v0.10's development, since I plan on redoing the way the audio works in combat, and adding some better sounds to the sex scenes. But in the meantime, I've attached some fresh takes to this post so you can take a listen. Obviously NSFW! I shared some of these on the discord as well so remember to check there every now and then for some smaller things in-between these bigger posts.

Be sure to let me know though, is there a particular scene you really want to make sure has voices for Tiffany in v0.10? 

v0.10 Sex Scenes

Since a big part of v0.10 is all about polishing up the existing prologue content, it's probably for the best that I start adding some of those missing combat sex scenes for Debra. If I don't get to them now, you'll have to wait until the big Debra update that's probably not going to come until the end of 2022! There's already a lot planned for v0.10 at this rate, so idk how many enemies I'll get to for her, but we'll start with the Regular Male Zombies and work our way up from there. Right now there's a poll for the $5+ tiers to decide if this first combat sex scene should be a vaginal or anal one.

That's not all for Debra in v0.10 though, we've got another side-story scene planned for her too. Characters that I can confirm will get at least one new sex scene in v0.10: Tiffany, Vanessa, Hitomi, Debra, Terry, Dr. Milburn, Jebadiah, Jasper, Big Barney & Various Zombies. Also Lara & Romeo if you count the additional renders I am going to add back into that Master Bedroom scene. I would also like to add some Cum Extraction scenes for Zombie Andre and Zombie Kiana if you defeat them on Day 3, but that will depend on how I'm going for time after everything else. 

Again, v0.10 is a very huge update so it's going to take me a very long time. I think it will be worth it though, especially considering that you will have to replay from the start (which I will be overhauling, see the podcast for more details) and I want to make sure there is lots of new things to enjoy alongside the old. Before all of that fun stuff though, there are two other more boring stages of development to refactor all of the code and add new features first(like the scene gallery). Adding new quests and scenes will be the last thing I do, so everything is still up in the air at this point and I don't want to specifically commit to any hard details about upcoming sex scenes. I will give more details on my specific plans for scenes as we progress through development of v0.10 and get closer to that phase.

Closing Words

That about sums up all the interesting things I've been up to. I've done more than that though. Behind the scenes stuff with writing, planning, Terminal Quickies prep work and more. But I'll get into all of that when there's more to share. For now I'll leave you with this. Another 2D comm piece by Sun1Sol of Zombie Andre giving it to Lara. Perhaps this would have happened if Lara missed her shots when coming to Tiffany's aid in the Casino's basement? ;)

This was actually one of two pieces I ordered from him. There should also be a Lara pinup piece to come before it, but it isn't finished yet. A little anticlimactic I suppose, to get the main piece done first, but I'll post it alongside some of the upcoming Xmas images when I receive it. :)
