Alright,

Tiffany ended up winning the previous poll by a pretty significant margin so she's the one getting the penis arm after it mutates in the second half of sex scene. I'm planning out the images needed and writing the dialogue now, so I just have one more question to ask you all about this particular scene. Though I'll first give some extra details on the plan just to clear things up. So I guess if you want the specifics of this sex scene to be a surprise, just skip the following paragraph:

The sex scene (which will trigger upon submitting through dialogue up front OR fighting + losing) is going to start with some foreplay from both girls servicing his "regular" cock. Included will be some licking & tit-fucking with one girl on each side of his shaft, before finishing off with some deepthroat action for both. After that, his right arm will mutate into a penis-arm before he fucks both girls side-by-side on the bed at the same time. Tiffany gets the penis-arm, Lara gets the regular-cock. Onto the question for this poll. It's a simple one about the positioning of the girls on the bed during the second half of the scene. Basically whether they should be facing up or down? How should Tiffany and Lara be positioned?
