Quick EoM Update + New Characters (Patreon)

Hello everyone,

I just wanted to make a quick post for everyone before the end of the month for those who haven't been following along on the discord, or on the comments that I post on the progress report every time I update it.

If you hadn't heard (or figured it out by now) v0.08 isn't done yet (Nor the BETA for Special Forces Patrons). It is close though. Close enough to the point where I'm comfortable saying it will be out within the first half of August (With the BETA out sometime in between now and then). That being said, it should definitely have been out this month. I apologize for not being able to get it out to you guys who have been patiently waiting for so long.

I'm going to be doing what I did when the ALPHA was late earlier in the year. Anyone who was pledged this month (July) will be sent a DM containing a link to the Full Release (& BETA if you're a Special Forces member) when it finally releases next month. This means that if you wish to cancel you pledge for August, you will still be sent a link to the new release when it drops (for your current tier) as a show of appreciation for your support this month, when v0.08 should have come out.

In order to try and make up for this "dry content" month, I decided to spend the final day putting together some bonus content in the form of some polls ($5 & $10 tiers) and a new Terminal Juggs Page ($10 tier). It's not much, but I hope it at least softens the blow a little bit.

But before I get to those posts, I first wanted to close out some of the previously open polls and reveal to everyone two of the new characters that Special Forces patrons have been helping me design.

First up is Dr. Sonya Redpaw:

^ Age: 26 | D.O.B: January 28th

While currently working under Dr. Slater as his primary research assistant, Sonya is herself a qualified F.W.I. scientist. Her particular area of expertise is the study of fertility and reproduction in animals... She is actually one of three red-headed female antagonist's that will be appearing in ACT 1. So stay tuned for them too ;)

It seemed to be a closer than usual poll, (which all patrons can now check the results of) but in the end, we're going to go with the barbell nipple piercings (as seen above) for Sonya. I think I will eventually use the nipple plugs for another character though. Perhaps for someone who is more based around the "nipple fuck" fetish. (Which will be optional when it's added, btw)

And our other new character is Reyna Green:

^ Age: 25 | D.O.B: June 20th

Reyna is a member of Ali's group of survivors that you'll meet in v0.12. She's a civilian and non-immune, but her father was a Park Ranger so she grew up in the countryside learning her way around firearms. Aside from the special forces operatives, she's the best shot in their small group of survivors & eager to help them out wherever she can.

She moved to Hardwood City at 18 to study journalism, but being young and naive got mixed in with the wrong crowd. Partying a little too hard and low on funds, she ended up pregnant at 19 to a guy who skipped town soon after. Reyna had the child, but gave it up for adoption soon after. Getting her life back on track, at 23 she just barely managed to obtain her college degree but now found herself burdened with student debt. Without many options, she begrudgingly accepted a low paying job working for Ashton Lake's local paper.

Living in the town for just over 1 year now, she had fully intended to resume her childhood hobby of recreational shooting, but after a couple of awkward advances by the town's lecherous gun store owner, decided it would be better to keep her distance... She also worked some nights each week as a barmaid at the town's Casino to help with her savings.

If you recall the development roadmap (Mostly still up to date), Reyna is a character you'll meet in the same version that Ali finally gets properly introduced. She's a character that Tiffany will have the option of saving from some zombies, or watching them have their way with her, similar to Debra. Except this time, this survivor will turn if fucked by her infected foes...

Speaking of which, I'm about to release 3 "Reyna themed" polls for $5+ patrons to vote in. 2 about her outfit (with images), and another to decide exactly which lucky infected should get the drop on her in v0.12... So look forward to that!

Anyway, that's it for the new characters right now. I'll be sharing a WIP preview of a new male character with Special Forces members in an upcoming poll shortly. Thanks as always to all of you in the $10 tier for voting in the polls for these characters, and providing me with feedback and name suggestions :)

A tiny update on some other things going on. Flowerxl is almost finished with the first 2D bonus sex scene. I've been sharing some previews of the scene with Special Forces tier for those who are interested. The scene will probably go in during v0.10, but it might be squeezed into v0.09 if time permits. NGTVS had some internet and computer issues while moving so there's been a slight delay in that commissioned mini-set with Juggs & Debra, but he's back at work on it now. He's doing several pages at once so hopefully the wait won't be too long. And I also just heard from TheVoiceVixxen who is about to get back to me very soon with more Tiffany voice lines which I'll be sure to preview for you all as well.

I will finally do up that Dev Blog about the Stealth Mode sometime before the release. Though it's probably going to be fairly brief at this point, but probably still necessary to explain exactly how it works for those who want to know. Although the game itself should make it clear. And finally, once v0.08 is out, proper weekly Terminal Juggs comic pages will return for Special Forces, and I will make sure to go and finish editing that final chapter of DNA Valkyrie that I previously committed to. Camille has been busy himself with other writing and moving also, but should soon have a solid plan for the continuation of DNA Valkyrie on his end, which I'll be sure to let you guys know about.

Alright, I think that's everything for now.
