v0.08 Dev Blog #3 (Patreon)

^ Kiana's Temporary/Casual outfit. Kiana didn't have enough time or material's to fix up her regular combat outfit that was torn up in her scene with Tiffany. She was able to fix her shoulder pauldron straps but that's it. So instead, she has to make due with what little else she had in the meantime. Don't worry if you're not feeling it. I've heard from a reliable source that it won't stay on for very long ;) Also, Kiana's hair might be getting 'let down' in her sex scene this time. Though I still have see how that will work...

So before I jump into the bulk of the post, I just wanted to give a general warning about spoilers in these Dev blog posts moving forward. Obviously I will do my best to refrain from revealing anything in these posts that would ruin what I believe to be major aspects of the upcoming scenes (both story and sex scene wise). Inevitably, if I want to show you guys basically anything at all, I will have to reveal some things about which characters will appear and who will possibly interact in v0.08. So, if you want to go in completely blind, then feel free to skip these posts until you get a chance to play the scenes yourself. If you don't care though and just want to see some more progress and previews, then feel free to stick around.

I'm going to start off showing some more re-rendered CGs, this time I'm just going to show off the Base Body: 0 variants in all of the shots of Tiffany in this post. Because I don't want to unnecessarily bloat the post with duplicate screenshots when you will be able to check the larger versions of her body out for yourself in the game soon enough. So I guess just keep in mind that these shots of her new base body, i.e. her new smallest size.

^Yes, that's right. It's going to be a new scene with the female zombie instead of a remake of the Make-out scene from v0.07 thanks to the outcome of this poll. Which everyone can now see the results of. Ultimately, this is a favorable result for me since I only just made the other scene recently so it's nice to work on a completely new scene for the female zombies instead, especially since they only had one to begin with. The Make-Out scene will be re-rendered and added back in for Tiffany's new body types in a later version.

And yeah, don't worry, this is actually the start of a fisting scene. Tiffany just needs a bit of tongue action first to help her loosen up ;)

There's also a new poll that I just put out for $5+ patrons to determine whether the Bestial Zombie scene should be a vaginal, or anal penetration. You can click here to go and vote in it.

There will be more new polls out soon as well, including some polls relating to the ongoing novel series DNA Valkyrie that Camille has been writing and I've been editing/publishing here for $5+ patrons. Speaking of which, the last chapter of Volume 1 (Chapter 25) is unfortunately a bit behind schedule on my end as I've been busy with the game this week. I will look into getting the editing on it finished so it can be finalized and published as soon as I get a chance.

I'm not sure what kind of polls Camille would like to post, probably mostly feedback related ones I assume. But perhaps there will be some that will influence the direction of the story or some things you'd like to see happen.

By the way, Camille released the first 4 chapters to the public a while ago, so if anyone in the $1 tier wants to get a small taste of the story, they can check it out here. I am sure more chapters will be released to the public soon. Or, $5+ patrons currently have access to 24 chapters and counting ;)

Anyway, back on track:

Like I said, this is about the least spoilery shot I can show from this scene, and even then there's next to no point even pretending to hide who encounters who here, though I won't intentionally give away what happens next...

Of course, Andre will be standing here instead if he's the one alive in your play-through, and you'll get a different scene. There will be a third (but understandably less unique/exciting scene) if both Kiana & Andre are dead in your save.

But yes, if you haven't already figured it out (or got spoiled by me previously as a part of a 'Special Forces Sneak Peek' post) v0.08 will see the return of Sydney back into the story:

She is of course the "blonde bitch" that a lot of characters referred to in v0.07 scenes. She's already messed with the Casino folk once. I wonder what she's up to this time...

Unfortunately you'll have to wait and see what role she has to play in all of this. ;)

Now, before I start to wrap up, I just wanted to go over my Release Plans as they stand right now. I plan on spending the next 2-3 weeks finishing up the bulk of these renders. Hopefully, sometime around the 15th I will be done with renders, and can spend that week working on implementing the majority of then in-game. My plan is to have a Beta version that contains around 75-80% of the content done and out for $5 patrons on Christmas Eve/Christmas Day depending on what time zone you're in. Hopefully, if all goes well, I will finish in time to release the Beta to $10 patrons a few days before hand, but we will see. I can't promise anything just yet, just that there will be a release of some form by Christmas.

One more thing, Popsiclebunny recently posted the WIP sketch version of a commission I ordered to her twitter so I might as well post it here as well. It's a pinup piece of Hitomi & Vanessa. When finished its going to be in full color and there will be a nude version:

However, she's had a lot of bad life-luck lately with rent and bills piling up, so I told her she could postpone finishing this commission piece until she has the time in her schedule to do a proper job painting it. Right now she's needs the time to work on more comms to get the month's rent paid. She's currently offering $45 sketch commissions, so check out her twitter page and consider getting one if you like her work and want to help out.

Still no word on the Sydney & George comm. GrownUpJuice is still working on a cover page for the Terminal Juggs comic which should be legendary as always when it's done. Not sure if I'll order some more comms in December yet, because I'm currently in the preliminary process of finding a voice actress for Tiffany. Nothing solid yet, just exchanged a few DMs, it's a busy time of year so I don't know when I'll get some audition lines back, but hopefully I can start putting those funds towards what they're meant to be spent on (voiced lines) soon enough. Of course, I'll let you know more details when I actually have something to share. Finger's crossed though :)

I'm reaching out to some people privately first, by may post a public audition announcement soon enough. Like I've said before, there are plenty of great VAs out there, but not too many seem willing to work on projects that contain beast content. And fair enough too. Even though it's just optional content in Terminal Desires, I'd still like to have it fully voiced though. That being said, if anyone happens to know any voice actresses who might be interested in playing one of the female characters & is okay with all of the game's niche fetish content then be sure to let me know. Obviously they're paid roles, though I will be focusing on Tiffany to start with so it might be a while before I get to other characters due to the limited budget. :)

Well, that's all for now. Sorry I was so late with this one, and that I didn't post more images. I finished the opening "wake-up" scene completely, I just didn't want to give too much more away.
