Condom Fetish/Item Discussion (Patreon)

Hey guys, I've got a discussion topic I've wanted to get people's thoughts on for a while here, and that's based around the idea of condoms.

Now, the discussion is kind of two-fold. For starters, obviously Terminal Desires has a rather large focus on the fetish of impregnation, so I honestly never really planned on adding condoms into the game, whether it be for certain scenes or as a consumable item that can be used during sex scenes.

However, obviously there's also a pretty big fetish out there that focuses on condoms as well: Girls posing sexually with XXL condom packets; girls wearing cum filled condoms as 'accessories'; seeing heaps of filled condoms and empty packets scattered around; girls sensually putting condoms on their partners; condoms not being big enough; condom's breaking; running out of condoms & continuing to have sex anyway; etc. And there's a whole lot more than those as well. So as you can see, what I'm getting at is that I realize that there is a lot of interesting sexual imagery that can be explored by including condoms in the mix.

The only issue here being that it's mostly a fetish that directly conflicts with the impregnation fetish content which is a major focus for me. I was pretty close to basically deciding that condoms weren't even an item that existed in this world. But I didn't want to rule it out entirely since there are a lot of fun things you can don with them. My idea is that for the most part, the inhabitants of this world enjoy it raw and either don't care about the consequences (STIs/STDs don't exist in this world, so I'm just talking about Pregnancy) or the women are expected to take birth control ('Unconceivable' pill) before sex. So at the very least, condoms are rare in this world or on the edge of being phased out as a necessity. So that's my take on it from a 'lore' perspective, but what are you're thoughts on the condom fetish as a whole? Would you like to see scenes that feature condoms? Or would you prefer the game (and this fantasy alternate world as a whole) stay more focused on raw/impregnation sex?

Anyway, that was just the first point of the discussion, the idea of condom fetish content on a conceptual level. The second thing I wanted to get some feedback on, would be if I should add a condom item to the game that can be looted/traded? And if so how would that even work?

First of all, the condom is primarily an item that males would have, though it's not uncommon in porn scenarios for female characters to have them in their possession. Since you play this game from Tiffany's (and occasionally other girls') perspective, it made more sense for me to just have the small selection of fertility related pills for the payer to choose from to make Tiffany take in order to control the outcome of her pregnancy status.

Especially when you consider that in probably 95% of the sex scenes so far, it wouldn't really make sense for Tiffany to have been able to even 'use' the condom item on her partner. Most of the scenes happen when Tiffany loses the fight, so it'd not like the decision would be up to her anyway. It could make sense to use it where Tiffany submits. But even then, she's letting her partner do what they want and pretty much none of them would want to wear a condom. It would be the sort of item that would only be used in very specific scenes with characters that would agree to wear condoms. And if that was the case, t would make more sense that those characters would have condoms on them rendering it pointless for Tiffany to loot/purchase them as a part of the gameplay loop.

I'm basically trying to figure out if it would be an game item that was worth adding, or if it would just be better to add condoms as an option to certain scenes with characters that would already likely have them?

Anyway, that's just been a topic I've wanted to discuss for a while with you guys, so let me know how you feel about all of that, or if you have some specific ideas for scenes that include condoms, or ideas on how they could actually function as an item in-game?
