No. No they didn't. Because it seems to be pretty clear that the character isn't interested in it. Not to mention the artist's explicit statements that that's not his intention for her.

The very nature of question about "relieve the CO's pressure" was mildly amusing to me, probably because I'm about to be CO in this one's profession, and I know just what an insane amount of trouble I'd be in if I even entertained that notion for even a moment with any subordinate. Surely there is a professional code of conduct or ethics in the Katrician empire that curtails such behavior at any rate ;) It does lead me to wonder, however, does she have a rank and duty position due to her sentience, or was she assembled to perform specific tasks, and not awarded rank by the Katrician empire, due to being a construct?
