I'm gonna guess around ..let's say 6pm EST? Don't want to start too terribly late, but give a good timeframe for more timezones. Sunday seems to fit a lot of people best.

New patrons who haven't been processed yet won't be eligible for the 5 and 10 tier draws, but can be picked for the public draws of course. If your pledge goes through for December, you'll be welcome to opt into January's 5/10 drawings.
