Patreon End of Year Update! (Patreon)

I don't think I've ever been so excited for a year to end...

As you all know, this year has been a rough one.  I'm sorry that I haven't been posting as much as I'd like to, especially over the past several months.  The art business has been in a state of transition, which has caused a bit of a lull this year, but we've got some really exciting things planned for 2021!

The most exciting thing to happen this year is that I added two people to my animation team!  Moving from a single person operation to a studio was one of my long-term goals for the business.  I was amazed to see that start to happen so soon, and it's all thanks to my Patrons for making that possible.  Thank you all so much!

Our first joint project, Smoke Break, was short but came out extremely well!  Fox took the lead on the environment and materials, and Kish sculpted the character.  We have a follow-up animation of that character in the queue, so stay tuned for more of him ;)

Things were on hold for a bit while Fox moved, but now that he's settled in, production is ramping up again!  We're starting to get accustomed to our new software and workflow, so we should be able to start producing new content faster than ever!

I also want to announce a new production in the works that I'm really excited about.  I'm working on a 3D character video tutorial series.  It will follow the creation of a 3D character from start to finish and will cover concept art, modeling, sculpting, texturing, rigging, posing, and fur!  I have nearly 24 hours of footage recorded, which will be broken down into individual narrated lessons.  I hope to have the first lesson available in January 2021, and will try to release at least one each month as Patreon-exclusive content.  Be sure to check that out if you want to see how I do what I do.

We've also got some other exciting things planned for the upcoming year, which we think will take the art business to a whole new level!  But more on that later ;)
