Comic Script 013 - Chapter 3, Pages 80 & 81 (Patreon)

For this script post, I just wanted to show Norman being an awkward potato with Daryl's OC, Alex Spectre.

Idk if you noticed this little Easter egg early on in the comic (about page 12 to be precise), but Daryl graciously let Alex make multiple cameos in BKI. He's kinda like the Where's Waldo of the comic.

Though this crossover was originally unplanned, Daryl and I worked it out so that Alex could come hang out in the BKI universe for a bit 😆 It also provided a golden opportunity to flex Norman's signature awk-o-taco personality and his hopeless romanticism.

Plus, Alex is such a hottie. Like....🤤

It was really cool to set up this meet between Daryl's OC, Alex, and mine, Norman. I really idolized Daryl's work on Tobias and guy and even really enjoyed the Nevermore Oddities sketches and panels he'd do on occasion. It's been really cool to see him flesh out Alex's character in his new paranormal adventure story. Having him appear in BKI was the icing on the cake. Excuse me while I geek out more in private...lol.
